Establishing cooperation

Since we are constantly looking for new suppliers, we would like to dedicate this subpage to the criteria, according to which we choose our translators, and also to what you can do in order to make this cooperation not just successful but also long-lasting.

We daily receive a number of requests for cooperation.

We get back to these as soon as we can and during the selection process we focus especially on the following criteria:

  • level of knowledge of the foreign language
  • knowledge of the mother tongue
  • precision when filling out the form and responding to e-mails
  • logic of thinking
  • computer knowledge – formatting of your CV
  • competitive prices
  • references and previous experience
  • pleasant communication and a positive approach to work
  • promptness when responding to e-mails
  • availability for projects

Test translation

Before we start cooperating we might ask you to complete a test translation. If the circumstances allow it, we prefer the test translation to be in the form of a “real” project, what would be an advantage for you, granted that we are pleased with your work you will be paid for the given project in full. You wouldn’t have to waste your time with unpaid test translations.

When evaluating the test translation, we take into account all of the above stated criteria, including your capability to meet arranged deadlines, fulfilling all of the individual requirements, etc.
